At our firm, we take an educational approach to our estate planning practice. We want our clients to fully understand their options so they can make educated decisions regarding the future of their assets and families. Clients fill out an estate planning data sheet prior to their first appointment, and also receive educational materials to help prepare. When dealing with the death of a loved one, we approach the Probate and Trust Administration process with compassion. We help heirs fully understand what the deceased person wanted and what to expect at every step of the administration of the estate.
